Jane M Hinchliffe

CEO & Vision Holder

Trained as an International NLP Trainer and Hypno-therapist, Jane has focused on the area of psychophysiology – the interplay between our mental-emotional and physical well-being. From both personal and professional experience, she brings a trauma informed approach to her deep understanding of disease causation and specialises in data analysis and pattern recognition.

She has worked in health care for over 30 years, having formerly co-founded an organisation into the promotion of primary and preventative medicine for sustainable health care. This has enabled her to conceptualise the EIAS software systems to detect systemic imbalances; previously spending 10 years developing holistic health assessments and heading up research & collaborative studies with GP surgeries, Hadassah Hospital in Jerusalem and NRCERM in St Petersburg, Russia. In 2010 she was awarded Honorary Fellow of the Institute for Complementary and Natural Medicine (ICNM) for her work.​  


Malcolm Wilson 

Chief Technical Officer –Software Architect 

Malcolm Wilson has had more than 40 years of experience in developing computer graphics and imaging systems. 

He worked at 3DLabs on the first single chip Graphics Processor Unit (GPU) for Windows PCs to reach production. 3DLabs’ GPUs competed with Nvidia GPUs during the 1990’s.  

He then moved into computer game design, working on PC and Nintendo Gameboy game titles.

Alongside his game work, Malcolm moved into Website and Web Application design and programming. In 2008 he began working with Jane supporting the development of algorithmic health analysis. He redesigned a research interface, and then helped to create a clinic-based analysis system, to be rolled out making use of the algorithms developed through the research 

More recently Malcolm has worked in the eGaming industry, designing Virtual sports games and betting engines for a multinational company. He built a complete gaming platform from scratch, which interfaced with the company’s wallet system.
